Recording your weigh-in

This may be too confusing, but here it goes.
1. Double click on the ticker above
2. Enter the password: 1234
3. Click on Edit /Update Weight Data.
3. Re-enter the password: 1234
4. Take your weekly number and: Subtract from (for weight loss) or Add to(for weight gain)the "Your Current Weight" tab (I had to put in an original weight of 220 because they wouldn't allow a goal weight of anything lower than 100)
5. Click next at the bottom of the page
6. You don't have to do anything else. This will automatically update the ticker on the blog

Rebecca, I already put in your weight of 4.4 lbs lost. Great Job! Rachel and I have lost 6 lbs. together. So only 109.6 lbs to go :)
